Reservations and Conditions Expedition Birthday

Reservations:

1. A reservation should be made at least a week in advance of the party date:

- By telephone: 902 250 340.

2. The time that the guided tour begins and for the light meal will be set when making the reservation.

3. The payment must be made by a bank transfer to bank account number 2077 0377 11 3100389768. When making the bank transfer please indicate the name of the birthday child, and send a copy of the bank transfer by fax to 902 875 350.

4. The passes/invitations may be collected at the ticket booth once the payment has been made. A copy of the bank transfer must be shown. The payment must be made and the invitations collected at least seven days in advance of the birthday party.

5. If the number of invitees that attend the party is less than the number reserved:

a. The party price for invitees not present will not be returned, but the equivalent entrance fees will be.
b. If the cancellation is for invitees 0 to 4 years the fee for the party will not be returned.

6. In case of more party invitees than reserved:

a. The costs for the additional invitees may be paid at the ticket booth.

b. If the additional invitees are confirmed on the same day as the party we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to expand the number of light meals in the restaurant.

7. In case of total cancellation:

a. The party costs will not be refunded, but the equivalent to entrance fees for the number of invitees in the reservation will be.

Conditions that apply:

For the birthday, the Minimum group must consist of:

- Child birthday.
- 10 children (12 years) admission + activity + light meal (21 € per child / a).
- 2 adults with admission + activity + light meal (21 € per adult).

The guided tour will take approximately one hour and a half. The guide will wait for the birthday child and his friends at the restaurant Samburu to the start time of the activity described in the reserve.
It is possible to arrange a guided tour of all the enclosures in the zoo, which takes approximately three hours and costs 70 euros.
