We are looking for a person for our Marketing and Sales department to work on sales channel management, improving and expanding brand image and penetration, attending trade shows and workshops, managing customer feedback, managing the online/offline sales platform, implementing campaigns, managing events, and other team support tasks.

With a strong commercial profile and a focus on public relations. Organized, decisive, accustomed to teamwork, with autonomy and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the tourism sector, travel agencies, OTAs, and hotels.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Training in sales, tourism and/or marketing.
  • At least one year of experience

We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and proactive individual for our Administration department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and prior experience in the following functions related to the position:

  • Accounting for customer collections and supplier payments.
  • Management and control of suppliers and customers.
  • Reconcile accounting and bank accounts.
  • Billing and accounting of supplier and customer invoices (proficiency in the Office suite (EXCEL).
  • All the functions necessary for the development of the department's activity.

 

It will be valued:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • Accustomed to the use of management programs (ERP).

 

Immediate start. Estimated contract duration: temporary replacement contract (maximum 6 months).

A vacancy for a box office/store assistant (20 hours/week) is required.

The main functions are ticket sales and online sales management, opening and closing cash registers, ticket and pass validation, general information, sales management and promotions, facility organization and cleanliness, customer service, store replenishment, item sales, labeling, alarms, and other functions required for development.

  • Processing of contracts and orders.
  • Invoice accounting.
  • Control and validation of social and ORP documentation of construction personnel and subcontractors.
  • Preparation of the monthly closing of work.
 

Requirements:

  • FP Grade II in Administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of office automation.
  • Minimum experience of two years.
  • Experience in operating Presto will be valued.
