for the visit

Park rules

No food or drink is allowed, except water in non-glass containers.

It is not allowed to leave and re-enter. BIOPARC, unless a new ticket is purchased or, in exceptional cases, authorized by the staff BIOPARC.

BIOPARC It is a smoke-free space, including the terraces. Please check the smoking areas.

It is prohibited to give them food to the animals. Respect their tranquillity. Don't touch them or throw objects at them.

Respect the environment, vegetation and fenced areas. It is prohibited to cross the fences.

You should not hit the glass of the enclosures or use a flash to photograph them. The animals do not respond to these stimuli.

Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Minors over 14 years old can visit it without the company of an adult following our conditions (see more information in FAQs)

Pets are not allowed in the park, except for guide and assistance dogs. Check conditions in FAQs.

It is not possible to enter with bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, balls, balloons, etc.

Photography or recording may not be taken for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

Due to weather reasons, the ticket price will never be refunded.

It is not allowed to visit the park bare-chested.

Running or doing any activity that may disturb people visiting the park is not allowed.

BIOPARC is not responsible for damages caused by non-compliance with regulations or incorrect use of the facilities.

BIOPARC wheelchairs are available for emergency cases only.

For veterinary reasons there may be species that cannot be seen. For biological reasons, certain facilities may remain closed and some animals may not be in the exhibition area.

Accessing the park means accepting all the rules.

Specific admission conditions

In accordance with the provisions of Decree 10/2023, of January 28, which approves the General Regulations for the Admission of People to Public Entertainment Establishments and Recreational Activities in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, amended by Decrees 119/2005, 258/2007, 247/2011 and 211/2018, the company RAIN FOREST SL with CIF 81295586 is authorized, according to the annex of Decree 155/2018 of the Junta de Andalucía III.2.6, in the establishment called BIOPARC FUENGIROLA, to the following:

Access and stay are not permitted for people carrying food or drinks to be consumed inside the establishment, as well as in facilities where a hospitality service is provided.
Access and stay of people accompanied by animals is not permitted, with the exception of people accompanied by guide dogs.
Access and stay are not allowed for people who do not consume the minimum consumption established for the use of its facilities.
The access and stay of persons under sixteen years of age is not permitted; they are not accompanied, at all times, by a person legally responsible for the minor or a person of legal age expressly authorized by that person.
