2. USE OF THE PROFILE

3 PUBLICATIONS

The USER, once he is a follower or has joined the social network of the RESPONSIBLE, may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. The USER, in all cases, must be the owner of the published content, enjoy the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the affected third parties.

Any publication on the social network, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., is expressly prohibited. that violate or are likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or the Law.

In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior communication, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The RESPONSIBLE will not be responsible for the contents that a USER has freely published.

The images that can be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but they will remain on the social network.

4. DATA OF MINORS OR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL ABILITIES

Access and registration through the social networks of the RESPONSIBLE is prohibited to minors under 18 years of age. On the other hand, if the USER has special capacities, the intervention of the holder of his parental authority or guardianship, or his legal representative through a valid document that proves the representation, will be necessary.

The CONTROLLER will be expressly exonerated from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or people with special abilities. Terms and conditions of use of the application.

These Terms and Conditions govern the download, access and use of the BIOPARC VALENCIA mobile application (hereinafter, the "APP"), which RAIN FOREST VALENCIA, SA makes available to users. The user acquires this status by downloading and using the same.

This version of the APPLICATION is available for free on Google Play and Apple Store, the user acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable terms and conditions regarding obtaining, downloading and updating the APPLICATION that these stores respectively determine.

Access to the APPLICATION implies that the user acknowledges having accepted and consented without reservation to these conditions of use.

1. OBJECT

The APP aims to improve the experience of people visiting BIOPARC Valencia.

Some of the groups that can benefit from this project are visitors to the BIOPARC VALENCIA facilities. Specialist professionals have been involved in the design and development of this APPLICATION, as well as a group of users who participated in the test period.

The APP is made available to users for personal (never business) use.

It works on a mobile phone with an Android or IOS operating system and a front camera.

2. DATA COLLECTED BY THE APPLICATION

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain data necessary for its use.

3. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

LThe intellectual and industrial property rights over the APPLICATION are owned by RAIN FOREST VALENCIA, SA, which has the exclusive right to exploit them in any form and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.

Third parties holding intellectual and industrial property rights over photographs, logos, and any other symbols or content included in the APPLICATION have granted the corresponding authorizations for their reproduction, distribution and making available to the public.

The user acknowledges that the reproduction, modification, distribution, commercialization, decompilation, disassembly, use of reverse engineering techniques or any other means to obtain the source code, transformation or publication of any test results of unauthorized references of any of the elements and utilities integrated within the development constitute an infringement of the intellectual property rights of RAIN FOREST VALENCIA, SA, forcing it, consequently, not to carry out any of the aforementioned actions.
