You must respect the instructions given by the BIOPARC Valencia staff at all times, they try to make everything work perfectly.

It is not allowed to leave and re-enter BIOPARC Valencia, unless a new ticket is purchased or, in exceptional cases, authorized by BIOPARC Valencia staff.

It is not possible to access it with bicycles, skates, skateboards, scooters, etc.

It is prohibited to give food to animals. Respect their peace of mind. Do not touch them or throw objects at them, do not hit the glass or use the flash to photograph them.

Bioparc Valencia has wheelchairs only for emergency cases.

Minors under 14 years of age must be accompanied at all times by a person of legal age who will take care of them. BIOPARC Valencia may request documentation that accredits the adult as legal responsible for the minor. Minors, over 14 years of age, can visit BIOPARC Valencia without the need to be accompanied by adults as long as they present the documentation required for this purpose. It is not allowed to visit the park bare-chested.

BIOPARC Valencia is not responsible for damages caused by non-compliance with these regulations or by incorrect use of the facilities.

For biological reasons, certain facilities may remain closed and some animals may not be in the exhibition area. The activities carried out at BIOPARC and their schedules are subject to change.
