BAT NIGHT. The night of the bats

This special activity, guided by specialists, is aimed at the general public from 8 years of age and up. It takes place in the BIOPARC Valencia classrooms with a tour of the Cabecera park and does not include entry to BIOPARC Valencia.

Price

€5 for the general public and €3 for people who have the annual pass B! from BIOPARC. Accreditation will be requested at the access control to the activity. This initiative is carried out in collaboration with Caixa Popular and the amount is allocated entirely to nature conservation through the BIOPARC Foundation.

Talk about bats in the Valencian Community

Do vampires exist? Do bats transmit rabies? Did Dracula live?

Why is there a bat on the Valencia shield? What do bats eat? What do I do if I have bats at home?

Through an enjoyable and participatory methodology, during the explanation we will answer the previous questions and, in addition, we will learn about the life and customs of these animals that have provoked so much mythology and legends in our human imagination.

With the help of ultrasound detectors, we will try to see and hear the bats that come to feed.
