General conditions applying to prices
Once you have left the park you may not return without purchasing a new ticket
A. GENERAL ADMISSION. Applies to:
- Applies to adults between 13 and 64 years of age.
B. CHILD ADMISSION. Applies to:
- Applies to children 4 to 12 years of age. Entrance is free for children 0 to 3 years.
C. SENIOR ADMISSION. Applies to:
- Applies to people 65 or more years of age, pensioners and retired people with proof of status.
D. GENERAL GROUP*. Applies to:
- Applies to groups of 20 people or more. Can be applied to advance reservations or at the ticket office if authorized by the person in charge of the ticket booths.
E. CHILDREN GROUPS*. Applies to:
- Groups of 20 or more aged 4-12 accompanied by adults with advanced reservations.
F. SENIOR GROUPS*. Applies to:
- 20 or more aged 65 and over with valid I.D. Non-senior companions do not count towards group total and will be charged standard adult admission.
*General group, children group and senior group may be at least 20 people, regardless of the rate that applies to the members according to age.
G. SCHOOL GROUPS. Applies to:
- Preschool, Primary, Middle and Secondary Schools. 20 student minimum.
- Groups of students from more than one rural school who do not meet the 20 student minimum.
- The cost for a tour guide is not included for groups with less than 20 students. Rates for guides start at 50 euros (for Spanish/Valencian). Please enquire about additional languages and costs.
- Rates are valid with advanced reservations only.
H. GROUP VISITS TO BIOPARC. Applies to:
- Accredited universities, professional schools and workshop schools. Can be applied to advance reservations.
I. SPECIAL NEEDS GROUPS. Applies to:
- Groups consisting of students with special educational needs or those students with physical disabilities with valid I.D Can be applied to advance reservations.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SCHOOL GROUP VISITS
- Entrada Berde! Annual Pass are not valid for school groups whose visit focuses on specialized educational content.
- Teachers should organize groups prior to visiting the park. There must be one teacher/chaperon per group.
- It is important to state the complete name of the school and the grades of the students who will be visiting the park as well as indicating the desired language to be used by the guide.
- School visits to Bioparc Valencia are guided by a qualified guide educator at no extra cost. One guide is assigned for every 30 students.
- Visits to Bioparc commence promptly at pre-arranged times. Due to time restraints, visits which begin later than scheduled will terminate at the pre-determined time.
- Teachers are responsible for their groups and must be present at all times.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR COMBINED BIOPARC+ALBUFERA VISITS
- Reservations are required at least 4 days prior to visit.
- Tours commence at 9:45 a.m. at the Albufera pier (see map) and terminate at Bioparc Valencia. This activity does not include bus transportation.
- Visits are guided by a qualified guide/educator at no extra cost. One guide is assigned for every 30 students.

- Visits to Bioparc commence promptly at pre-arranged times. Due to time restraints, visits which begin later than scheduled will terminate at the pre-determined time.
- Group visits to the Albufera are contingent upon boat capacity. One guide will be assigned per boat.
- Due to inclement weather or other situations which may render travel by boat unsafe, alternative activities will be held on the grounds Albufera Natural Reserve.
SPECIFIC RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING BOAT TRAVEL AT THE ALBUFERA NATURAL RESERVE
- Passengers are required to follow the boat captain’s instructions whilst embarking and disembarking. All passengers are required to remain seated until the end of the journey.
- Passengers are required to keep their hands inside the boat at all times. It is strictly prohibited to touch or remove any vegetation from the water as doing so may cause severe injuries.
- Throwing any rubbish (bottles, wrappers, stones, etc.) into the water or near fauna is strictly prohibited. Passengers are asked to refrain from any behaviour which may be considered inappropriate such as shouting, using whistles, sirens, fireworks, mobile telephones and music players.
- Feeding the wildlife is strictly prohibited.
- Animals may not be transported onto boats nor allowed to roam free within the reserve.
- Altering or vandalizing signage and markers is prohibited.
- The ship’s captain reserves the right of admission.
Discounts
Youth card and student card
Holders of these cards may receive a 15% discount on the price of individual general ticket.
These discounts may not be used in conjunction with other discounts.
Large family with verification
A 15% discount will be given for all members of a large family for general and child individual tickets.
Annual pass Entrada Berde!
A 15% discount will be given for all members of a large family for general and child annual passes.
These discounts may not be used in conjunction with other discounts.
Disabled People
Disabled people (children, adults, senior citizens, with verification) receive a 15% discount on their day tickets.
A group of disabled people may enter Bioparc with the school group ticket rate.
Gratuities
School group
Two people may enter for free when groups consist of 30 people, and one additional person may enter for free for every 15 people more than 30. This free charge may be applied to a guide or a companion.
The driver of the bus may also enter the zoo for free with prior approval.
General groups
One person may enter for free (for a minimum group size of 20), in principle the organizer of the visit. If the group is larger than 50 people (the capacity of a bus) another person may enter for free.

Groups of disabled people
Two people may enter for free for groups of up to 30 disabled people. One more person may enter for free for every 15 disabled persons above 30. If additional companions are necessary because of the needs of the group this can be requested in writing. Decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

General conditions applying to group dining arrangements
- A group should include a minimum of 20 people for reservations in the restaurant
- The restaurant reservation (including menu selected) should be made at the same as the reservations for admission to Bioparc. Consult availability
- The ticket for the restaurant arrangement may be collected at the ticket booth at Bioparc together with the admission tickets with display of proper identification.
- The reservation for the dining arrangement should be made at least one week in advance of the day of the visit.
- The Picnic menu will be served in the Bioparc picnic zone.
- NO returns or modifications are permitted once the reservation is confirmed.
- Visitors are not allowed to enter the park with food.
- Visitors are not allowed to enter the park with drink in glass containers.
